1. Acceptance of Terms and Description of Service
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
- Journey with AI is run by Brand Professor, which sells every Skill on it and is the party to these Terms. It is a marketplace of premium, ready-to-install Skills that extend the capabilities of Claude AI across Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Claude Desktop; we do not build or operate Claude itself.
- Unauthorized access, data extraction, or use of automated tools against our platform is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to promptly update your details if they change.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Licensing of Skills, Payments and Subscriptions
- Skills may be purchased individually as a one-time purchase or accessed through a subscription to the full Skill library; either way, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Skill files, not ownership of them.
- Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current to avoid interruptions to your access.
4. Acceptable Use
- You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share purchased Skills or subscription access with anyone outside your own account or organization.
- You may not reverse engineer, strip attribution from, or repackage a Skill for resale as your own product.
- You agree to use Skills only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Anthropic's own usage policies for Claude.
5. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
- All Skill files, descriptions, graphics, text, and logos on this platform are the intellectual property of Brand Professor and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the platform beyond your licensed use without prior written consent.
- Journey with AI is an independent, third-party marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC. "Claude" and related marks are trademarks of Anthropic PBC, used here solely to describe compatibility with Anthropic's products.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Brand Professor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a Skill or the platform.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and are not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues, third parties, or changes to Claude itself.
- The use of our Skills and services is at your own risk; you remain responsible for reviewing any output Claude produces before relying on it.
7. Termination and Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to suspend access or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
- Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law and Refund Policy
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brand Professor operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. We prioritize your satisfaction, and if you are not satisfied with a purchase, our refund policy outlines the steps and conditions for requesting one:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for Skills or subscriptions bought directly through Journey with AI. Skills that have been extensively used, or purchased during a promotional discount, may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- To initiate a refund, email us at hello@journeywithai.com with your order details, purchase information, and the reason for the request.
